Kathy Goh

Kathy is currently the Director, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll for DFS Singapore and heads the team in Singapore, overseeing over 10 countries across Asia. Kathy has many years of HR, Compensation & Benefits and HR shared services experience, mainly from the banking industry, financial institutions and media companies. Prior to joining DFS, Kathy had experience in the area of HR shared services across Asia in Citibank.

As an involved professional, Kathy sits on the Singapore Human Resource Institute membership committee.
