Vincy Ng

Vincy Ng joined Brady Corporation in August 2008 as the Director of Human Resources covering 9 countries within Asia Pacific region. Her charter is to align human capital strategies with business priorities, to enhance Brady’s leadership position and achieve sustainable growth.

Before joining Brady Corporation, her career included regional assignment as HR Vice President at Atos Origin Asia covering 8 countries and more than 4,000 IT professionals. She also held various senior HR positions at Schlumberger, a global oil & gas services company. At Schlumberger, Vincy oversaw operations which included Tax, Legal, HR, Marketing Support & Finance functions for Schlumberger Singapore.

Vincy is respected by her peers as a leader in Human Capital and Talent Management in Asia and has spoken at various Human Resources conferences. For her contributions in the field of human capital development, Vincy was awarded the Pride of HR professional award in Asia HRM Congress, 2009.
